Dropped off my car for service this morning before they were opened. I noted if possible to have the my F150 ready before 1:00pm, it was ready 9:00am. Andrea was great she was able to have the engine light looked at along with the rearview camera recall done all first thing in the morning. Great team work

Big shout out to Neive who was very customer service oriented and took my wait from 1 1/2 to 1 hr while my Ford explorer was updated on a recall. She is a great example of how customer service should work. Good work !

I had never previously used Blackstock as I just moved to town. My whole experience was great. I booked online and was contacted quickly to confirm my appointment through text which I requested. I received a video of a walk around of my vehicle complete with measurements conducted by the service technician which was so nice to see. I will definitely be using their services again.
