We took our vehicle in recently to get some back end damage repaired and were pleased with the end result. We had shopped around at several different shops in the area and found the quote from owner Don to be pretty much competitive with the others, and he was very good detailing to us how the repair would have to be made. The vehicle was repaired and returned to us on time and the repair appears to have been done very well. The service was professional and of good quality.

I took my vehicle in for repairs & when returned to me, the taillights no longer were a match, because when they replaced the one side, they did not bother to match with the other side. There were gaps between body panels that should not have been there & they did not want to take steps to correct this work. They advised me that the taillight could NOT be matched & I myself completed a google search & found several matches to the non-damaged light available. The answer received as to why the gap between panels was . . . well, that's the best I can do. This was an insurance claim & I do not feel that the repair was completed in a satisfactory manner.
