I can’t speak to this business when it comes to music lessons or their sales of musical instruments...but I can comment on the total lack of service I have recently received. 16 days ago I dropped a mandolin to be restrung. They had it 5 days and closed for a 7 day vacation, my mandolin had not been touched. I returned when they reopened and was told that the person who does this had not been available, but that my mandolin would be dropped off to him that night. When I checked back I was told that this hadn’t happened but that the technician would be in today to finish the job. Well, today came and I just received an e-mail telling me the following, “Dan was unable to get at the mandolin today, so it is not ready for pick-up. We'll email when he's had a chance to work on it.” This haphazard approach to business and apparent total disregard for a customer is simply not acceptable.
This business is run by very good people. They offer lessons for children from skilled and engaging musicians, and are very helpful to provide quality and affordable supplies.
