I have had my worst experience ever with them. I gave my exam on 31 october 2020 and after i filed re-evaluation and i got increase in my band scores.... they said send us the old TRF we will send you back the new one. I did the same thing even though with express post so that i can get my new TRF... after that i sent mail to them that can you guys check it if you have received my old TRF....i was calling them regularly and than I didn’t get any reply back .....after new year i think on 20 January they picked up my call and that girl said yeah we got it .... and just tell me your address we will post it today... i did what she said to me and its 10 February and i dont have my TRF... am sending mails everyday and calling them three or four times in a day and still no reply .... its worst experience even in 4 year in this country....... if you guys see this atleast reply here i will come to the office and pick it up form there because i have only 7 days left to submit my file. Please atleast reply here. Thanks

I went there and took admission, A very well-structured college with the best faculty impressed me. I would advise you to join this college for your better.

Took my Microsoft cert exam here after my work laptop did not allow me to take it from home. Lot of parking space. Check-in was easy. All pre-work was done within minutes. I finished the 60min exam in 18min because it was awfully quiet. I intend to take my next exam there too if they are open.

I gave my IELTS here. I submitted request for an aditional TRF. It was supposed to be 4 day process and it has been more than a month no response. Never respond to emails, no problem was solved after calling like 7 times. During registeration it stated that you can send your results to five institutes in two years for no administrative cost, but when I submitted a request to send one then whole story was changed and they were like if you had given adress before tests than we would do that not any more. You will have to pay. I paid but no response.

I gave IELTS at this location in the month of March 2020, I was impressed by the service. I got to retake IELTS so I again booked for April 18,2020. Due to lockdown my exam got postponed many times and last date was September 12,2020. Meanwhile, I booked one more date for August 08,2020 but there was no confirmation as the centre was not accepting payments in the month of May. Later on I received an email that the payment accepting is resumed, I made a payment and waited for more than one month for confirmation, sent emails to BITTS. And I tried calling many times, every time my call was answered, I was told that they are not from IELTS department, they always take my name and phone number and tells that I will get a call back from BITTS IELTS team. So far I didn't get any call back. when I didn't receive any response I fed up and visited the BITTS office and requested for confirmation, they were not sure about the exam, so I requested to cancel my both exams. I was told that I'll receive refund for both dates within 3-4weeks. It's been 5weeks, I have only received one refund, could you please release other refund also. I'm also attaching the screenshots of the emails which I have sent on July 12th and August 4th and until today didn't get any response.
