Freezing morning for dine out lunch at Nordstrom. The city view is always my favourite spot to go! You can't beat the view with Vancouver gallery and courthouses. Was here before for their burger and steak. It was great. As i was craving for lobsters lately, I went to get their lobster gnocchi! Dine out Vancouver meal The lobster bisque is standard on taste and the near boiling temperature really impressed me, especially it was zero degree that morning. Every other bite I got a lobster meat. The cheese and creamy tastes are just right. Eventually I couldn't finish the dishes because there are just too many gnocchi and that's really filling. And the dessert is the chocolate mousse cake with sea salt. It's overpowered by the coarse salt! Despite the chocolate tastes strong, the amount of sea salt rein the balance. I totally feel I am eating the sea breeze..... Another surprise is their cold brew is very good! So far the best I have ever had in town....

Came here for a quick lunch. The waiter was friendly and efficient. Chose the sesame chicken salad, which was delicious but a bit on the pricey end. Great view over the city, especially the Art Gallery and Robson Square.

My wife and I visited this restaurant and got the 2021 Vancouver Dine Out menu. Upon entering the restaurant, you will notice that it has a nice view of the Vancouver art gallery. We enjoyed their lobster bisque appetizer. The medallion steak came with a decent portion of fried potatoes. Our steaks tasted decent but had areas that was over salted. The portions were a bit small as you would expect from this type of restaurant. The meal came with desert and we ordered the creme brule and chocolate cake. Both were delicious and had good portions. Service wise they fell a little short. I made reservation a few days earlier and changed the reservation time the day before. Upon arrival I was told that the reservation change was not logged into their system. Our server brought our food very fast to the point that we felt a bit rushed, the desert came before we finished our main meal. Normally we wouldn't mind but because we came with our two year old, she stopped eating the main couse. Overall, not a bad experience.

It's surprising that a lot of people don't know this place exists until they either read up on it or stumble across it! I bring my clients here from time to time and the ambience is amazing. Seating is spacious (even before COVID) and the menu is nothing to sneeze at. Just like their Espresso Bar, they switch up their menu every so often and it shows the dedication the team puts into it! I hope and wish everyone keeps safe at the BV Team! Definitely looking forward to the ahi tuna once again (best recommendation that they've given me and I am without a doubt, a fan!) Thank you for the amazingness!
