My husband turned 80 and with Covid we couldn't have a party but the \old buzzards\ and birthday sign brought people honking and lots of birthday wishes for him. It was especially great since he is in a cast and wheelchair and they put the flock of birds in the exact right place facing the bay window that he sits in. It made it fun and festive. I was also very impressed how quietly they were delivered and picked up again before 7am. Even the dogs didn't hear anything. Thanks again

So organized and great pricing! I picked up the items the evening before and then set them up early the following morning for my partner's Birthday. He absolutely LOVED the Bears and Hearts. Definitely would recommend and use them again! Thank you so much Yvonne!

I have never had such a horrible experience. I inquired about this service through the website. In receiving an quote from them which detailed out the total cost I realized that it was not something I wanted to pppproceed with. The quote requests payment same day so I didn’t follow through with the payment. I assumed this was then not booked. This morning they delivered the signs even though I hadn’t paid. I assumed it was an honest mistake so I left them a nice voicemail saying I didn’t order these and to please come collect them. I then had a call with someone claiming that I owed them money. I proceeded to explain that I didn’t pay intentionally as I didn’t want the service so while this is a miscommunication I am not paying for the service now. I then received 17 calls from this company along with multiple text messages all day berating me and my family. I asked multiple times for them to give me to consider this and I would call them back and the calls continued. I want nothing more than to support small businesses but I also believe is proper customer service and I believe there is a way to work with a customer who understood the experience to be different so to find a common ground.
