No problems with communicating with the company. No problems with the bin or pricing. But 4 stars because the delivery person left it rocking. He saw me on the porch, watching from above, and he said hi. Before he left, I noticed the bin rocking, so I tried to make eye contact again, to tell him, but he just drove away without looking at me again or saying goodbye. So I had to put a block under the corner and kick it under while attempting to lift. It was extremely hard, but I got it under. But he should have done it.

We have used them numerous times for our company and personally. They are always very very friendly. the dumpster is always there ahead of time. They always protect our driveway. When we need to have it extra time they are more than willing to accomadate us. Their pricing is the best in the area, believe me I shop around every time & end up right back here not just because of price but because of the customer service. Highly recommended

Was very satisfied with this bin rental. The drivers for drop off and pick up were both very friendly. The bin was very clean inside and out and the opening back doors helped immensely. The driver placed the bin very nicely on my driveway on top of blocks to protect the pavement. After the bin was picked up you'd never know it was even there other than some drywall chunks that missed the bin when loading. For the price I went with a larger 12 yard bin and it was the perfect size for a tear-down of a few rooms in a basement and some purging of un-used items. Only issue I would have, and this is trying to find fault, is that I would have liked a general time frame when the bin was to be dropped off as it was on pick up but that is really trivial.
