The delivery & pick up driver of the dumpster was very professional and very pleasant. He took great care in protecting our driveway. I believe the young lady I spoke to in the office was Rachel and she set up the delivery and then pick up the full dumpster. The Customer service she provided was excellent and she made the experience very easy.

Best bin rental service in the GTA!! All of the dumpster consultants are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Bin There Dump That was extremely fast for delivery and pick up. Drivers were very professional and masters at fitting the bins in tight spaces! Would recommend them to everyone.
I called 3 other places before I decided to go with BTDT Everyone's quote was pretty close to each other but I like BTDT that you can pick any size bin you want. From booking to having them dropped the bin and picked up the bin to invoiced me. Everything was smooth and very professional. I highly recommend Bin There Dump That-Brampton.
The bin served its purpose, but the lack of punctuality and neglect of communication on their part is unbelievable. Bin arrived late, and pick up was 3 hours late, after I called in multiple times to find out why they were late and when they would arrive, because they neglected to call me. When I spoke to a manager about the inconvenience this has cause, his response was “ I guess we really screwed you sideways today”. Lots of bin companies out there, make sure you pick one that’s responsible.
Very professional to deal with. They dropped off and picked up when scheduled. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to have something picked up and dumped.
