Bilt recently finished renovating four floors of our property. They provided us with excellent service throughout the whole process and we are thrilled with the outcome of the renovations! We received updates daily from the on site manager, and they helped us quickly resolve any bumps in the road along the way. All staff that we had the pleasure of working with were respectful, and were willing to repair other issues we discovered in other areas of our hotel. After working on several projects together I have come to appreciate the professionalism and high standards for safety that is sometimes hard to find in construction. As part of the Jaffer group, they have a unique ability to delay gratification or short term gains to instead see the bigger vision and invest in the future.
This Company installed a wall with French Doors inside our house to separate an open area and make a Den/sitting room The installation went very well and the wall was finished up to the ceiling without disturbing the stipple on the ceiling. The wall looks like it has always been part of the house and was intended to always be there. The job was very well done
Excellent construction company. Very good with commercial tenant improvements for hotels and all businesses. Excellent demolition services, too.
