Assembled an out of box 21 speed and then took it to bikeworks when I figured I'd done enough damage and needed help with limits & derailleurs (what even are those). They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a lot, now know how to tune up my own bike and was up and running in 45 minutes! They request 10 or PWYC per hour. I was happy to give it :D If you paid for a tune up and a bike workshop you'd be paying more than 10x this amount.
