TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ! BE AWARE WHEN YOU GIVE YOUR WATCH TO FIX OR TO CHANGE BATTERY.In March I gave 2 watches to change the batteries, paid my bill . Few days after received one watch but they told me that the other one fell apart when they opened it and now they have to give it to someone else to fix it .Than they closed down because of the quarantine. Yesterday got a call to come and pick my other watch , came today to pick it up and was asked to pay 80 for it because they didn’t have receipt in the system and I lost my receipt. They didn’t even had records of other stuff that I bought from them in the same day ! In the car I took a good look in my watch and glass is chipped in ENTIRE side !!!! Someone was trying to open the watch in some barbarian way and chipped everything!!! The worst service that I ever had .

Terrible manager and employees, rude and obnoxious service. We had to repair the same ring 2 times in the same month for an obvious manufacture defect they tried to manipulate and tell us it was our fault. I wouldn't leave a single star if I could. Never buying there again. Try the other shops
Avoid at all costs, the mall has several other jewelery stores with good prices and much better service. They were extremely rude.

Je vous le déconseille très fortement! Très mauvais service et vous allez vous faire avoir ! Je suis allé pour sortir un petit objet qui s'est décollé a l'intérieur d'une montre. Je paye et je prends la montre, le lendemain, la montre ne fonctionne plus du tout. Je reviens, on me dit que c'est pas une bonne montre et disent c'est la batterie finalement...la batterie vient juste d'être changé, je dis que ca ne sera pas nécessaire de la changer. En fermant le montre, ils brisent la pin et me charge pour la réparation. Quand je demande pourquoi je dois payer pour ca. Le gars qui répare devient agressive et me dit d'aller a l'autre bijouterie...wow
Très mauvaise expérience je déconseille ce marchand à tout le monde
