Used the container for storage while renovating the basement. Was very happy with the service, prices are reasonable and delivery and pickup of the container was very timely. The container was very clean, spotless actually so all items could be stored safely.

Great services. Delivery was delayed and cause another month rent but I quickly get refund for that. every thing went smooth.
I just had the bin returned today after 5 weeks of rental. The bin was on a monthly rental, but due to the fact that it was returned almost 3 weeks early, I would expect getting a refund of at least 2 weeks. However, the company was not flexible in this regard. Customer service obviously not important..
Due to scheduling from other contractors, I needed the box delivered the same day as I called. As well dealing with insurance I had to have approvals in place before it could be done. They were so accommodating and efficient, it was all done without any pain points. Very pleased with that service and that of the driver who delivered the box. He was very careful about loading and unloading. Great experience all the way around
