I was extremely disappointed with the service we received for our move. Our bin was delivered over an hour late. We were assured the box would be delivered between 7 & 9 am. I hired movers from 9 am. We had to be out of the house at noon. At 930 I called to find out where the bin was. I was told ‘it should already be there.’ Obviously it was not. At 10 the driver called to ask the address!!!! The box was finally dropped at 10:15. I had to pay the movers 200 to sit and wait for the bin to arrive. We made our noon deadline but it required the assistance of my family in loading the truck. No apologies were given. No compensation was offered. Will never use again. Will never recommend.
We had a great experience with Big Box. We moved from B.C to Alberta and it was super smooth. The staff were amazing and helpful and made the process go amazing.
Everything during a move can change and plans fall apart but Big Steel Box was very consistent, communication excellent, professional and no surprises perfect.
