Right from our first conversation, through a move-out, storage for 4 months, a move-in across the province, to the follow-up call, David and his team have been absolutely incredible. We have never had such a smooth and seamless move. All were very professional, yet so very friendly and thoughtful. They treated us and our belongings (and treasures) with utmost respect. When looking at reviews, it’s always best to have ones that describe how companies have dealt with accidents. During our move, one of the movers accidentally dropped a marble piece on the ground. This piece was integral in a side table rendering the table useless without the piece. My heart broke with the drop as this was the one item I asked to be handled with the utmost of care. The mover felt horrible and I knew it was an accident that could have happened to anyone (even myself). The way in which David (the owner) of Bigham has handled this situation has been exceptional. He has kept us in the loop on next steps, progress and updates. He has apologized and expressed his determination to make this right and not only do those words give some relief, they’re being backed up by action. I am confident that this piece will be repaired and even if it couldn’t be fixed, the fact that Dave has taken all steps to ensure this matter is handled from start to finish is why we chose Bigham. I wanted a company who would treat us like people. Dave was the one who did our virtual quote with us and gave me packing tips along the way to help reduce our costs. And Dave is the one handling our damage repair rather than a “customer service” department that has never seen you or your precious items at home. Thank you Bigham for all your help and care from start to finish.

Jason and Sam and Ryan did an excellent job, the weather was not in their favour, with rain and mud everywhere. They did an excellent job in keeping the house clean and the furniture dry. Would have no problem recommending Bigham at all. Thanks for a great job!
