Spoke to someone on the phone for probably half an hour explaining my needs and was educated and had a bunch of options passed along to me with prices, etc all in. The person on the phone was very nice and didn’t seem to mind helping me find the right set of winter tires, no matter how long I tied him up on the phone for. When I got to the shop for my appointment it was clean, and everyone was very friendly. They didn’t mess around or waste any time. They did the job right. There’s lots of ways to be picky when you put new tires on and I am very happy with how they mounted and balanced my new winters. They feel nice and smooth driving down the highway. After having horrendous dealings with another unrelated tire company in town that will remain nameless I was very impressed coming to Big O Tire. Will be back for sure. The man at the front desk even made me laugh as he took my money ;)
