I've been wanting to write a review for a long time now because they've been our clinic for almost 4 years, for our cat at first and now for our dog, and this is the day because I just came back from an appointment there. First thing about the Bickford clinic: our pets like to go there! Their service is perfect, they're the nicest vets and they're not very expensive when you become regular customers. Over the years, they always told me to come within the next hour when I had an emergency with my cat or my dog and they never pushed me to do more exams than necessary. They also always detail everything to you and they understand and help you as much as they can when something comes as a surprise, like the cost of a surgery etc. For my cat vaccines, I usually just drop her and if I don't have any question, I just pay for the vaccine. When you need a consultation, they take time and inspect everything if you're worried about something specific. I highly recommend this clinic and the team there! The only thing I regret is that they don't take small animals and we struggle to find a vet when our guinea pig needs to see someone.

We have been taking our puppy here since 8 weeks. We had a few health issues with him and the Bickford team did an amazing job with open and prompt communication. We’ve never actually been inside due to COVID. However Murphy LOVES getting dropped off here so it must be a happy place inside too!
Vaccinated and took care of my kittens during the harsh covid restrictions. They haven't died yet so I'm pretty happy!
Great staff that really care, and very reasonable pricing. I'm not sure what else to say about an animal hospital. Complimentary water/coffee? Bonus points for the Certificate of Bravery they issued to my late cat for his successful surgery. I'd go there if I were a non-human requiring care.
I highly recommend Bickford. After going to 6 different vet clinics, I've finally found a place with the best staff and doctors! I've been going to Bickford for 3 years now and have never once regretted my decision of choosing this place. The staff are extremely pleasant to deal with and all the doctors here are very knowledgeable and kind. They aren't money hungry like other places and they only care about the overall health of your pet. They have never tried to persuade me into doing any additional tests or purchases if I didn't think it was needed. The pricing here is amazing and reasonable which is a bonus as well! I am happy coming to Bickford knowing that my dog Bruce will be in the best hands every visit.
