We just had our Windows and Doors installed by Beverly Hills Windows and Doors. We were very pleased with the service. Chuck was very helpful and responded very quickly to our last minute changes. Cameron and Dave did great job with the installation. They were very professional and we were very impressed with the clean up they did after the job was finished. It was a very good experience from the first meeting with Chuck in March, unfortunately then \Covid\ happened and we had to wait till August, but it was worth the wait. We are very happy with the final result. Thank you Chuck, Cameron and Dave!

I have sent 3 emails over the last week and a half to request service (all of which promised that I will hear back from them in one business day) with NO response whatsoever. I left a telephone message today and hope to hear from them soon. If not, I am gonna ruin somebodies day.
I love to place negative stars if possible. Poor after services and never hear back on the follow on their poor quality products. I have replaced 3 windows with them early this year, the installers pulled the window frames off from the wall during installation and never come back to fix it for me. I ordered the frosted windows for my bathroom and my husband can clearly see my face and colour of shirt, I called them and they sent the installer for testing. The installer was surprised how clearly he would see me from my daughter I easy under the so-called frosted windows. Then after that I have to call them to follow up because no one call me back to follow up and I have called the production manager, Kevin as well. This matter had been dragged in weeks and still not hear a words from them. I really doubt on their \excellent customer service\ mentioned on their pamphlet. ----------------------------- Comment on June 1, 2020 Thanks for the response mentioned below, but seem like your after-service team has no being informed and they have Absolutely NO-clue what's going on, and I became the middle-person to pass this message to your customer service rep, she was surprised to hear the update from me and then dropped my call to voice message. I called back and she never return my call and it's been a week.Would you please talk internally over this and get back to me on your FINAL installation schedule?
