Great place to work out. Some of the equipment is a bit dated but well maintained. Offers tiered membership programs that have different benefits. Student discount also available, which is nice. Different classes run regularly, including Kick Boxing, which can be very empowering to those who never tried it.

I love this gym. For the space- good amount of free weight training. Tanning is available. Supplements and protein available here, Patrons and staff are friendly. Building has seen a few winters, but well maintained. Change room is dated but fictional. Jacobs machine ️

Pretty good selection of strength training equipment and free weights. Squash courts are fun and cardio/stretching rooms are in a separate area from weights which is nice. Bathrooms could be cleaner/nicer but overall a decent gym for body building. Cost of membership is very affordable and includes a ton of perks!
