Warm, welcoming shul. Down to earth people! A great place.

We enjoyed going to Beth Radom, I was greeted by the rabbi who came to shake my hand. Equality and fraternity was the spirit of this wonderful Beth Radom. A moment before i took my grand-children to Magen David congregation to experience Simha Torah in a sepharadic way. Women are excluded there even for one morning a year, to watch their small kids or small grand-children, picking up candies at Simha Torah. Even standing against the end of the wall or by the door, a man in his early forties told me the rabbi does not allow women here. This man had a vicious pleasure in expressing this discrimination. I can understand why young mothers were absent from this Magen David shul. A few elderly ladies were in the balcony, way up. Shameful insult towards women. We enjoyed going to Beth Radom, the kids were happy. a synaguogue should have the spirit of Equality and fraternity. Thank you wonderful Beth Radom. May we have a lot of simhas here, my grand son bar mithvah, my grand daughter bat mitvah and all the shabat and holidays. I will encourage their mom ( my daughter) to take them often.
