I like Best Plumbing. I find the staff super friendly and very skilled. They always try their best to take care of the customer. This is a great place for companies and homeowners alike. The ONLY place where I feel that improvements may be needed, is in the staffing department. Their personnel are amazing, I think they just need more people at the parts desk (where we usually go). I'm excited to see the new location, and if they get that (small) issue straightened out, then I'll be changing the rating to a 5-star. Please keep up the good work, and keep doing what you're doing.
I bought a few new lights, I was able to get in on a fabulous sale!! I am completely happy with the lights I chose. The online salesperson, Sandi was wonderful, knowledgeable and so helpful. My elderly father picked up my order for me and the people in the warehouse were so kind to him and helpful! My experience from Best plumbing and lighting was excellent!
I went in planning to replace a broken faucet and ended learning my current faucet had a lifetime warranty and am now awaiting replacement parts to arrive in the mail. Best experience ever. I’m so grateful for Stefan Pasemko’s help. Highly recommend Best and Stefan!!
