Extremely fast service, polite employees. Also I requested to have a look at my car while it was up in the lift and they happily obliged. Quite pleased with the service. Didn't claim they needed to take my car for a spin like most other shops when they see a performance vehicle, either.
I first came to Best Deals Auto a couple years ago for my vehicle safety inspection and have been coming back every since. Ricky and Anita own and operate this family business and I have always found them fair in their dealings with me. Ali is their mechanic and I have never had an issue with his work. I find their pricing reasonable and they are honest and straightforward with the repairs needed for my vehicle. I fully recommend this business.
Smooth safety inspection process. Much better price (70 total vs. 150 at competitors) and turnaround time (25 minutes vs. 1.5 hours at competitors). Very polite folks and clean space. Had a headlight connection issue on my VW Beetle (a recurring problem due to bad design) and despite not being a European car specialist shop they were able to solve the problem for a very reasonable rate and pass the car as a result. Would recommend them!
Anita and her team at BEST DEALS AUTO are extremely professional, transparent and helpful. Anita clearly explained the work needed to get my truck up to safety standards; clearly explained the pricing and how long the work will take. She is transparent in her line of work and takes it very seriously which is very hard to find. Her team of mechanics are also caring and complete their work in a professional manner. Thank you so much for all of your help with my SUV and I will bringing all of my business here.
