Absolute worst experience with purchasing appliances through Best Buy. They would not price match without going in store during COVID 19 stay-at-home order. They “lost” our order number in their system when setting up delivery and installation. I have had to spend hours on the phone to resolve all the issues. Purchase your appliances elsewhere.

I would have given 5 stars because even during shut down the place was well organized, but I specifically went to the store so I could pay CASH. The website states they take cash. I get there, stand in line for 10 mins in sub-zero temperatures, only to be told they will not accept cash. If I wanted to pay by card I could have ordered online, but it was not my preferred method. So 1 star it is. F U bestbuy for going cashless.

Customer Service is REALLY bad. The guys that work here clearly don't like people in general and were just frustrated and mad about having to do their job which is understandable but also maybe don't do a job you don't want to do? It's really not that hard to be decent to people... Would not recommend this Best Buy to ANYONE for ANYTHING.

Great customer service and so many modern gadgets and much more. Salesman took the time to show me Google assistant. I bought it and l am so thrilled l did. It’s simply fantastic. It’s thrilling to get answers on so many questions, just ask to call someone from your contacts and talk without using a phone. Turning off lights for you at bad time simply delightful. It’s hard to believe how many endless possibilities it offers. It’s almost addictive as smart phone. I can’t imagine not having it.

I had the displeasure of going to this store after my online purchase required a return. The product wasn't defective but it simply did not fit my needs. Since this was an online purchase I was told that I had to deal with the "seller" directly. Interesting, because I paid Best Buy, through the best buy portal, and when a problem had arisen Best Buy wasn't interested, even when I physically made it out to the store. Eventually, I got a partial refund, paid15 bucks in shipping and was charged a restocking fee, and also spend 1/4 of day lining up at the store. it amazing to think that someone at BB doesn't contemplate the pain of returning something when considering their processes. Never again will I give my money to best buy. This company is making money on the backs of honest third-party providers, a la Amazon, but doing about as good a job as a third rate novice. It will go under in a few years because no one is at the helm and the customer is not important. Good riddance.

Wild goose chase. I ordered a pre-release laptop 2 weeks ago and was supposed to receive it today. I have my order cancelled with no email informing me. This laptop has specific components that are sold out everywhere. I was expecting to receive my product as described on the due date. Very disappointed and will never be a customer again. Was not so much as properly compensated either. Fulfill your damn orders if you're a damn business. Ill take my goose hunt else where.

I had a problem with a curb side order. I called customer service and they wrote me a note in the system. I got a call from the store fairly fast and they helped handle my situation. Beautiful customer service.
