Laptop needed for time sensitive matters was supposed to be in today, though 2 employees assured it would likely be yesterday (the 20th). I went in today to check as you can't reach them by phone, and the Geeksquad manager in today was not sympathetic at all and advised there isn't even a tracking number yet which to him was no surprise as it was only ordered 3 days ago... but I was told and it said online it would be in today. He said he has no idea but likely won't be in until next week. I'm not impressed with the service and expectations set. I always used to buy from best buy, should have read these reviews first. The guy who sold me the laptop however was kind and knowledgeable.

A big store and has lots of items and selections. Prices are high especially for accessories.

Not sure about the TV stuff but the video game are nice though they put empty game cases on shelves, so you have to wait in line to find out if it's in stock or out of stock (they have to check the computer and then this huge Locke up shelf) but they should have something like a kiosk to check if games are in stock, it would have saved me 20 minutes of waiting. Besides that the game prices are good, 20 dollars for games I've seen for 80 at EB Games

The sales people are not very informed on the products they are selling. Purchased a printer and was told by the sales associate it was Blu tooth capable. It's not. Been setting it up for 2 hours now.

Worst service on the planet. I bought a refrigerator last weekend which is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I have not been given the time of delivery and have contacted no fewer than 5 people to try to find out. I have spent hours today trying to track down this information. I may simply refuse the delivery when (or if) it comes. I can't deal with these people.

Recently went into this location to purchase a laptop for school. Stood in the pc/laptop section for close to an hour before i was acknowledged. When a store associate finally materialized. I was promptly told the laptop I wanted to buy was out of stock without even checking their inventory system, subsequently dismissed. It was not until i vocalized my displeasure that something was done about it. Dont waste your time here go to dartmouth crossing.

This is why big box stores are fading away. There is no real benefit in shopping in person unless you are looking for tvs

I went to the store & asked where to find an item first person pointed to an isle across the store, it wasn’t there. Asked another & they pointed to another isle and said it would be there or up front somewhere. Not in either. Asked at cash & was told they must be out of stock. Not one sales person actually tried to help me find the item. I headed home & ordered online for pick up. Within the hour I got an email to say it was ready for pick up so it must have been there all along and I will have to head back for a second trip to pick it up.
