They take advantage of 70 years olds that don't know much about computers my father bought a computer from them and they told him not to update certain things when they come up in one spot and told my father that dose not make sense then he had problems with his computer and they told my father it is because he never updated it and my father told them that they said not to update those things so they charged him 240 dollars to update everything and lost all his favorites and rest of his info that was not the problem with the computer when I came to visit him I fixed which was a simple fix but one a 70 year old would not know he went back to best buy to ask about all his favorites and info he had that was lost and they said that is the way it works when you update everything so my father had to find everything again on his own

Went in to buy a computer, stood in front of the one I was interested in with my daughter, there were 4 staff members off to the side talking. I waited 10 minutes before asking for help. The staff member that came over, asked me what he could help me with. I explained I was looking at the computer, and showed him a picture of one at costco,( which was the exact computer), he told me he had nothing that could match it and that I should buy the one at costco. Wow, couldn’t believe the service. I tried to call the manager, but wasn’t able to get thru, more than a few times. I did go to costco and buy from them.

I've never had a bad experience here, even if they don't have what im looking for in stock their helpful and friendly staff will order it in at no extra cost and will also price match to guarantee the lowest prices. One of the last great electronic stores.

The best store for electronics in Lethbridge. The only store in Lethbridge that i know of were you can walk in the door one minute to close and still shop for a full hour. I ordered a screen protector for my cell phone and was not happy with it. They totally made it right. They made me happy and did what was best for me. They went above and beyond to make me happy. I only bought a 40 screen protector, can you imagine how for they would go if i had brought a big screen tv. They treat every customer with respect. Will always be a BestBuy consumer. They have my loyalty for sure. The store is always clean. They have great hours. Also!! They have the best cell phone department in the city! Because there staff don't make comission. They sell all the major companies. They are very knowledgeable in everything. You can really get the best advice and services here.

Very good service bought some expensive speakers there this year. Nice quality stuff. Very helpful staff in the Lethbridge store. The making people wear masks is kind of silly.

Bad online buying experience. If they don't have it in stock buy it somewhere else! Placed an order with enough time for it to be delivered to the store before I start a new job where the computer is required. Online payment held up for no reason and now it won't be here until a few days after I need it!
