Placed an order online during the 14 day lockdown period and it was available for curbside pickup within 2 business days. When I arrived at the store I parked in the curbside pickup spot where a staff member greeted me at my vehicle window. I showed my ID and within a minute my purchase was in my hands without me ever having to leave my car. Staff were professional and quick. I would use this service again.

I bought a Fitbit Sense mid December 2020. It's had issues since we bought it. Now, near end of January 2021, it won't pair at all. Best Buy won't help. Fitbit says their network for Android is down and don't when it will work. Do not buy from Best Buy and do not buy a Fitbit Sense.
