DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!!! My wife and I recently bought 3 appliances. Upon arrival 2 out of the 3 had damage, enough that they cant be used. We immediately call the help center. Told us it would 2 weeks to hear back. After 3 weeks and no reply, we found out the agent had never set the claim forward. Since then we've been told someone will contact us in 3 days.. we wait 4 and have never gotten a response... and that been going on for a month!!!!! So we have no fridge or dishwasher and we are out thousands of dollars! This has been very successful on my wife and I. Save yourself and go elsewhere. In my opinion they don't deserve 1 star

Horrible customer service. They do not have a phone number to call. I tried to use my brand new 100 gift card that didn't register in the system, they took down my contact info and said I'd hear back from them by the end of the week. This was over a month ago and I have yet to receive a call or email, they did however sell me an item under the premise that I would be able to transfer the payment to my gift card once they \sorted out the issue\. Bad enough that their products are heavily marked up but add to that dogsh*t customer service, all around fantastic shopping experience
Covid screener/welcome person was aggressive and threatening attitude. I could not understand his instructions to take off my winter gloves. Due to wearing mask, and the fan operating over his desk. I am also hearing impaired. Called customer service and they assured me manager would call me. 3 hrs and counting.
I went in Tuesday to buy a MacBook Pro. Staff was very friendly and helpful when purchasing the laptop. Great service. Definitely recommend this store to anyone. My favorite electronics store in the city.
Matthew Linares will be the reason I come back to this store. Great help, great customer service.
