This feedback is to show some gratitude to Josh G., an employee with Best Buy, in Vernon, B.C., who went above and beyond to assist us in locating the correct dash cam and completing the transaction. Josh was friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable on all things related to electronic devices in general, and dash cams in particular. We had an issue which required the store manager's approval, and Josh took the initiative to speak with the store manager and explain our situation. Although the rest of the staff at the Vernon store were not very understanding with our situation, Josh was the single bright light that compensated for their poor customer service, or lack thereof. Josh managed to resolve the issue and we left the store satisfied that we received the right product, but more importantly that our needs were addressed appropriately. While professional and respectful service is an expensive commodity during these uncertain times, Josh is a prime example of how important it is to still do the little things that go a long way in retail customer service.

We showed up a few minutes AFTER closing time (thought it was 8pm) to grab a Go Pro that was on sale, and even though they were having a STAFF PARTY(!) one of the reps ran to grab it for us (along with a remote control truck). A for going way above and beyond, even on their social night!
During a pandemic, the Vernon franchise has made it impossible to call to speak to a customer service representative. I had to navigate through their phone system for 5 minutes only to get to a department that NEVER answers the phone. I tried accessing the \chat\ format on their website. I was put in a queue (55th in line). You can be better, Best Buy!
I went to Best Buy to buy a product, they were very patient and gave so much information on the product I bought. They always try to help you and they’ve NEVER been rude to me or anyone in the past. I 100% recommended this for technology, they’ll give you all of the information ( pros and cons) of the product your buying. I will be shopping here again! Great job Best Buy!
I could not be happier with this store, thanks to its assortment, the deals, and importantly * it's people From start to finish, their courteous knowledge and warm approach is second to none. They definitely are the go to team providing shoppers with a safe and pleasant shopping experiece.
