Went into Best Buy on Black Friday and received 5 service from the Geek Squad department and salesperson Mike. Not being electronically inclined, they helped me with everything and I left with everything I was looking for and the best deal. Thank you again for such great service.

They carry all kinds pf electronics and appliances, and have a decent selection of each. Plenty of laptop and desktop computers, with more available online as well, that arent in store. Tons of tvs and other home theatre accessories, plus gaming equipment, and consoles. Appliances such as washers amd dryers, and more. Service is usually alright but it has its off days. Pricing isnt too bad. Not highly specialized in certain electronics, but its a good starting point at least. Worth a visit for most of your electronics needs.

My wife ordered a product for curbside pickup and used my name as the person picking up. Do to long hours i couldn't make it before the store closed so she drove 20 minutes into Belleville to pick up her order which her confirmation even stated your order is ready for pickup Tammy, however when she arrived she was refused because the order was in my name. Same address, we are married and have the same last name, confirmation clearly stated her name. She is not a confrontational person and was very disheartened, however rather than getting a manager involved they said they would cancel the order at her request. Funny how they can cancel the order without my consent but couldn't involve upper management to resolve this matter. A simple email or phone call could have resolved the issue immediately. Incompetence at its finest.
