I have never in my whole life witnessed such an utter disregard for human life by Taylor. Tried curbside check in, but it didn't seem to work. Pulled up to the front as I had a crying 6month in the car, run out, knocked on the door. Came out Taylor. Despite the 6month crying infant, Taylor refused to get the order without me following the check in txt process. I showed him the text msg, and showed him that it doesn't work. He then made me go through all the steps again in front of him just to prove a point. I did, and it didn't work. The entire time I kept begging Taylor to just look at the order number as I had a crying infant. Taylor simply didn't care and he had a point to prove. So once he witnessed the text not working, he told me to park and he'll bring it out. I did, and after 15min, I ran to the front door to inquire what happened. By sheer coincidence Taylor comes out. When I asked him what happened? He said he wasn't getting my order because I didn't check in. Even though he saw me attempt it literally in front of his eyes. With no other options, I left without getting the order. Unbelievable.

I ordered online store pick up on December 26 last year and canceled the next day. According to your Chinese New Year, it is clearly stated that if you do not pick up, it will be automatically canceled and refunded after 3 days. However, the Richmond Hill Store has not canceled orders over the past month for some reason. The number of consultations (call, chat, mail) that I have contacted so far has exceeded 30 times, but I am just saying sorry without sincerity and taking no action. I'd like to know who at Richmond Hill has yet made such a huge mistake with clients. And I want the company to discipline me. My stress is so severe that I get angry every day by paying the card price for items I canceled a month ago. Apparently, last week, the agent responded that the refund was issued, but there was still no money on my card. I heard a reply last Thursday from an agent saying that the Richmond Hill store had confirmed that it was canceled. Obviously, it should have come in today, but the fact that the money hasn't come in means you haven't canceled yet. I have been requesting cancellations and refunds more than 30 times since last December, and none of you have made this simple cancellation. I never thought Bestbuy offered such a lousy service.

Best curb side pick-up service out of any business in the GTA. Got the email that my item was ready for pickup less then half an hour after ordering online. And a gent knocking on my window with the item ready to go literally less than 2 mins after checking in at the parking lot. Well done!

Many employees walking around but noboby mind to handle checkout section. I had go to customer service desk to pay for my Printer. They should cut employees to reduce price. Very less helpful staff at this location.
