This Park Royal store do not care for my business. I ordered a TV. I waited for over a week later i got a phone call on Friday at 4 pm to pick up the TV the same day. i know by the time my ferry ride got me there at 10 pm the store will be closed. The next day my order is cancelled. It is now cancelled a few days already. The money is not refunded and no do i received any reply after writing to them. This is terrible way to do business. They treat me like dirt. Jim

Sales staff don't know their product knowledge here. I asked a few questions regarding TVs and their information turned out to be not true. I went to Visions that's 5 mins away and they were informative. Ended up buying there since they had it advertised cheaper. Service at Visions was way better.

Showed them current flyer for a price match item from their competitor. The guy declined, since it’s shown out of stock from the other competitor site but they have it at their downtown location. I have bunch of stuffs like to purchase over 1K. But Just left. Not my business to teach their incompetent staff on customer service. Went to London drugs they were more then happy to honor the discount and got more stuffs there. Never shop with BB. Get better deal at Amazon or others. F for Fail
