Nice sales staff, but their monitor selection resembled more the Monty Python cheese shop sketch than that of a store that was in the business of selling electronics not consumer products. After the sales person indicated that the third or fourth monitor he had on display was not available even at the warehouse, I took my business to Amazon.

Horrible experience trying to get through to a human being at our local Best Buy store in Duncan, BC. I called the local number and it's a long recording directing you to the website to chat with a live person. When you get to the website and find the live chat feature, at 2:00 pm in the afternoon, it says they are off-line! I call their 1-888 number and there's a recorded menu that goes on for 10 minutes ...Before even entering this store I am beyond frustrated. When I do reach a person they are in some far off land and let me know the product I wish to buy - a simple headset for a cordless phone, isn't available in-store...at this point I'm willing to pay more and go with whatever they have in the store...but nothing is available...all has to be ordered online. What a negative experience!

I recently purchased a new laptop. keyboard, mouse and monitor from the gang at Best Buy in Duncan. I found everyone of their staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable with absolutely no \pressure to buy vibe\. Overall the experience was excellent and a big shout out to Dayton, Deepak and Ben for all of their help.

I liked the services which provided at Best Buy, Duncan. I'd visited the customer services and Geek Squat for several times during the last couple of months, and I had some excellent experiences being helped from their staffs. Especially Leah was always very patient and friendly, and she really solved a couple of big problems for me. I hope many people will know about their services because I am fully satisfied by their services.

My friend just got fired from this store because her father passed away on Christmas and she couldn’t work on Boxing Day. While she was dealing with this life changing loss and preparations that come afterward they fired her before the new year began due to ‘COVID’ and then waited 2 weeks to give her final pay. General Manager, horrible person, should be extremely ashamed.
