The employees here are racist. I witnessed them making racist remarks and laughing about it. They were also very condescending and degrading towards people who didn't understand English well. If the workers are like this, then the management may be the same. I was so disgusted that I left. Disappointed in who Best Buy hires. I do not recommend this location.

Three stars because of the bathroom. It was pretty sad to see the door like this. How you suppose to use the bathroom?
Best Buy Guelph went the extra mile. I arrived at the store at 10:38 and was instructed that they didn't open till 11 AM. I explained I was from out town and already behind schedule. I new exactly what I wanted. They brought my product to the front door / I paid and off I went. Thanks for all your help.
Had an amazing experience with a worker named Jordan. He went above and beyond to help me, which was awesome, especially during this weird and hard time. Thank you Jordan!
