very helpfull staff got my order put together within 20 minutes, my only issue is that despite being covid and me wearing my mask and taking a cab to the store being calling wasn't an option but for some reason they are open, had enough cash to pay for my item but i had to still order it online at the front of the store. it is what it is but as a consumer of product it felt very weird.

Had to return an item that turned out to not be needed. I had the receipt on my phone, and brought the item back for a full refund, without any troubles at all. The very definition of \hassle free\. Staff were personable and friendly. Parking was free and ample.

I had a horrendous experience at best buy in Kitchener-fairway location for a warranty issue on dryer. I decided to drive to this Waterloo location and I am so happy that I have! Super customer service was given and they resolved the issue quickly. They actually went above and beyond today something I have not experienced in retail in a very long time. They took care of everything and resolved the issue and they were also very kind. Big thank you to Sally! Super you made my day! Karen thank you for making this so painless Do not hesitate to shop at this location! The customer service was outstanding! It may not be as fancy as the one in Kitchener but this location actually cares about customers service
