I have brought a DJI drone, wireless headphones and a laptop from the store. Overall I feel very welcome and taken care of in the store. I used to purchase electronics from the visions store. But I switched to Best buy cuz I did not feel as welcome and appreciated in that store. Overall the store is good size and has all the things you could be looking for and all the major brands. One COMPLAINT I would like to mention is that when I completed my drone purchase and paid for it ONLY then the cashier let me know a very vital piece of information that I will not be refunded a 100 percent of my amount paid in case I return the drone even within 24 hours. I wasn't planning to return it and I haven't as I like it and I use it every day but I felt that this was a very important piece of information which the customer should have been provided before he makes his purchase since this one was close to a 1k. It has definitely stuck in my mind and I will remember it anytime before i or anyone I know purchases anything in best buy.

Excellent customer service. The customer service clerk was prepared and was very confident on store policies and servicing customers. I didn't feel any hesitation asking questions, and when the customer service clerk did not know something, he simply said \I do not know. Give me a moment to find out.\ I never felt like for a moment he was trying to grease me or lie. That is important.
Wow!! I have never felt so taken care of! I found the employees at Best Buy Station Square amazing! (I wish that I got the name of the guy serving me) although everyone was very helpful. They made my home theater creation enjoyable!! Leonard Dame
Awfull store will not return. Spent a half hour discussing computers with staff we narrowed it down to 3 options all 3 computers were not in stock or available to order into store. Couldn't have been any less help no option to buy any display models of the 3. I left the store and went to the source store in the mall they couldn't have been more helpful they had 2 of the options that I liked in best buy in stock. The price was the same and took extra off the price to beat best buy. Thanks to best buys unless staff the competitor next door got the 1100 sale
This is the last time I am shopping at Best buy, Customer service I received today is the reason physical retail stores are going out of business. I spent 4k during these holidays at this location and was trying to buy a 1100 laptop with cash today. I waited for 25 minutes between 6:15 to 6:40 at the returns/cash checkout while 4 different staff were either talking to each other or all trying to figure out how to do a simple refund. I asked if I could quickly pay at the other tilt and was given a very rude reply. Brenda is the only one that was trying to help while 3 Chinese men were completely useless & rude. There is no excuse for treating your valued customers in this manner, especially when the store is almost completely empty. Only Amazon from now on. Please hire better staff that understand the value of customer service and human interaction. It is literally the only competitive edge you have in this time and age.
