Do not use this provider. Stay Away. 10,000 Missing in One Year!!! We used Best Behaviour up until March 23, 2019 when we had a meeting with Sophia about funds that had gone missing and she couldn’t account for them 10,000 from March 2018 to February 2019. We were told we had plenty of hours to use up but no money remaining. When I started to go through every receipt this is when we found out about the missing 10,000. Sophia stated that they were “absorbed by her business” and put in a pool just in case the child needed something. Well a year and a half later we have not seen a penny back from her since she discontinued service with us the same day we had the meeting about the missing money. We logged a complaint with the BACB about this unethical practice. We had purchased materials with our finding for our son and Sophia has kept the majority of it and will not return them to us. Please believe me Best Behaviour Inc is not the Best Choice for you child
