It is all about the details! I was impressed from the first moment I walked in the door. I had come as a private patient for a scar revision and was given a full explanation of the process and the costs. My consultation appointment was quickly followed by the procedure, all done in a clinic that is beautifully modern and spa like, clean and very COVID conscious. I am delighted with the results, and would highly recommend Bespoke Skin MD to anyone.

I was referred by my family Dr to Dr Meathrel to have a fairly big Cyst on my left cheek ( Jaw line) removed , and the appointment was made for early January. I went into the office not knowing what exactly may take place , but once I met Dr Meathrel and she explained what would take place , she was very kind , gentle , and talked to me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable , which I very much appreciated. Went back a week later to have stitches removed by Brenda , my incision has healed wonderfully without any complications and I appreciate the care that was given to me while in the care of Dr Meathrel and her staff. Lovely ladies. Thank you once again !!

the reason i’m giving bespoke skin a one star is because of the lack of caring about customers and no response to my email? they made an error on what i wanted when i went in and instead of trying to accommodate me the customer they did zero. i left and they let me with not a word of trying to fix the error? sorta made me feel like it was me. i even emailed them and got no response? in today’s world word of mouth can make or break a biz. obviously this business has more than enough clients to not care. would never ever go back, no appreciation no customer!
