This place should be Called Bernie's Hot Tub Time Machine Repair! That is just what Bernie did for us. He brought our hot tub back in time. She sat empty for 5 years before I was motivated to get it fixed. After a short call to Bernie he gave me all the information I needed. Took a day to get some other quotes and booked him for service just a few days later. He charged me less than we discussed on the phone, replaced the pump, the control unit, and filter. I should also mention he was over 1200 cheaper than the other quotes I received. Bernie had our tub cleaned, up and running in very short order. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. If you need anything hot tub related THIS IS THE GUY!!!!

Rented a Hot Tub from Berine and enjoyed the rental so much that I bought a used tub from Bernie. The rental was great value and Berine had it set up and running faster than I could have imagined. As for the used tub I just purchased, Bernie made sure evrything was running perfectly and gave a 90 day warrantey to go with same. Great guy, great company. Could not be more pleased.

What a super fun way to spend 8 days in your own back yard! Bernie arrived exactly as scheduled and set the hot tub up in the perfect location quickly and easily. There are minimal instructions to keep the hot tub running optimally and we thoroughly enjoyed having it. Bernie even let us keep it an extra day due to an unforeseen circumstance resulting from a windy snowstorm that blew in with a huge dump of snow!--the snow made us enjoy the hot tub even more! He definitely knows his stuff and has decades of experience. Thanks again Bernie, we won't hesitate to rent again!

Wow Bernie is amazing! I bought a second-hand hot tub under the impression everything was working. Unfortunately that was not the case. I called around a few hot tub places and and Bernie was the best price however he didn't have availability to install a spa pack right away. “hot tub repair guys are busy in fall" I probably called Bernie half a dozen times for free advice though. He answered my phone call every time and gave me a number of things to try and things to look at to get my hot tub working. I ultimately booked a call with another repair company. Unfortunately this company was not able to get a new spa pack and cancelled my appointment the day before they were supposed to come out!! I called Bernie and explain to him my frustration with the other company.... he showed up the next morning and installed my spa pack. My family and I enjoyed a warm soak last night thanks to Bernie. His service was fantastic. His prices were the best. I can't thank him enough!!!!! Highly recommend!!

2020 has been an extremely busy one for small service-based businesses, and most companies are both over-booked and over-busy. So it was an extreme pleasure to call Bernie and have him actually answer! He was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Like most homeowners during the pandemic, I undertook some major renovations to my backyard this year. Bernie came to my property twice to have a look and give me input just for the planning phase of where my hot tub should go and what the installation process would be like. I would not hesitate to call Bernie for any of my hot tub needs. And I urge everyone who does call him to have some patience. As a small business owner myself, it's so tough to keep up right now. We should be suporting our local businesses and understanding that they're run by people too. The fact that Bernie is available 24/7 is immaculate.

We rented the hot tub over the summer of 2020. The hot tub itself was fantastic to have for a week. Bernie’s customer service was terrible. He failed to follow through on the agreed pick up time and we needed to move the hot tub to road ourselves. He was a day late on the pickup and almost cost us a ticket from a bylaw officer. He was rude on the phone and dismissive of COVID rules. I enjoyed the tub itself but if you can find someone who is more professional - go that route.

I hired Bernie because after three failed attempts at fixing my hot tub I was looking for the most experienced person possible. I read online that Bernie was the best and it is true. He is upfront, direct and honest. He is highly knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. It was level of expertise was evident and would tell anyone and everyone he is the only hot tub repair person to deal with. Finally, after failed attempt and money wasted on other service providers I found Bernie. Bernie I hope you do not retire and I can not thank you enough for how you took care of my me and my hot tub. Your service was professional, you knew exactly what to do and you did it well. 10 out of 10. I look forward to having you come back to put on my new lid. I am also grateful I know who to call and who to trust with any future issues. Thank you Bernie, you are the best!
