So disappointed. Brought in a sick stray cat. They said she will survive. They said to contact them the following buisness day to follow-up. I wanted to consider foster/adoption. When I called back Monday & several times, they had no clue about this cat. They just said check their site for adoption. The cat was never listed. So disappointed as I would have appreciated some news and loved to foster.

Kind people who really seemed to care about the animals. We adopted a dog back in April and she has been an absolute sweetheart. The adoption process was smooth, they even let us walk all the dogs before we decided who we fell the most in love with. Please go check out the facilities for yourself before making any snap judgements or believing clickbait articles. There are two sides to every story. Thank you to all the staff, remain positive and kind, and keep up the hard work!

Adopted a beautiful loving border collie which we had to return 24 hours later. We thought the dog was healthy however when we took the dog home she had horrible case of worms. She was suffering all night and we saw her pain and were so hurt that we had no choice but to bring her back to shelter. We were never told before we adopted this beautiful collie that she wasn't well enough to come home with us. We walked in to seek help and were treated so poorly and were told that no reimbursement would be possible. I asked to speak to the veterinarian and was treated with no respect and the lack of empathy was pathetic. I was highly disappointed in the woman who was in charge and I was mistreated with yelling and screaming because I was asking questions regarding the lack of responsibility they had towards us as a family and especially to this beautiful loving dog which we got attached to so quickly. We just pray and hope that she will get the treatment she deserves to be healthy again so that she can get to be with a loving family like ours. We didn't have you for long Thalia but we will miss you every day. We will always love you and never forget you. To those who are looking to adopt, I strongly suggest you check the reviews and do your research properly. This place is not a safe home for any pet.

Honestly, I don't even have to describe my visit to give it one star. Any shelter that leaves comments on bad reviews like below, shouldn't be trusted. If they're this vile on public platforms towards their customers and future customers, who can tell what they're like off public forums and behind closed doors. Let them speak for themselves, and let their hostility do the talking. A bad buisness practice is to rebuttal a bad review publicly. Leaves a bad taste.
