Never give Up

I walked into This dealership a few days ago just to take a few pictures and I met a salesman Marc LeClair. I was absolutely shocked by the way he welcomed me and treated me like one of their old clients or someone who is walking in to buy a car although I was there just to take a few pictures. Marc was incredibly respectful and super polite and was welcoming me as I was to buy the whole dealership. Extremely nice person. if you are in the market looking for a Bentley or an Aston Martin I highly highly recommend him.

I am very impressed with the team at Bentley Calgary. I recently dropped off my older Bentley for a scheduled oil change and received true white glove - five star service. The team at Bentley Calgary wrote the textbook on customer service and guest experience. As I had to pick the vehicle up after hours, they had it parked out front with the keys in a secure location. It had been fully detailed at no charge, re-washed, hand towel dried and even though and in spite of the fact it was the middle of January, it was sitting outside absolutely spotless with the winter tires properly dressed and glistening black. I am hugely impressed at the fact that even though this is a substantially older Bentley, the team at Bentley Calgary treated it with the same dedication to ultimate customer experience that would be expected from any dealership and by any customer purchasing a 300,000 to 400,000 Bentley. Thank you Scott and thank you Charlie for a much needed VIP experience in and amongst all the Covid nonsense. If you are considering a Bentley, regardless of the year, I will recommend Bentley Calgary for servicing it, without hesitation. As per price, they are very reasonable and make every effort to make owning a Bentley as minimally cost prohibitive as possible.

Let's be clear that the price you originally were quoted during our negotiations did not change. We agreed at 405k after your offer was 400k. We are allowed as dealers to sell our vehicles for whatever price we see fit as long as you are aware of the pricing is documented. Dealers will often sell vehicles over MSRP on rare vehicles or special editions. I was also told that there may have been a error in concern to the Green Levy that you we're charged I will look into it tomorrow. We didn't negotiate on the discount % or a certain amount we negotiated on the final payment which is very clear.
