Yes you pay more for the product. Here is why, the customer service goes beyond the basic questions. All of the team members have helped me with various projects from painting my fireplace, redoing my cabinets, painting my walls, and recently for tiles. Each time they answer questions about the right techniques, the right colors, things to steer clear of all the while keeping track of each project so I can get touch up paint, etc. During the pandemic they made numerous trips to my house all within a few hours of ordering, when you come into the shop they treat you like family, and their knowledge of colors is just top notch. Besides the incredible service of Brenda, Mandy, Crystal, and Dave the quality of paint is so easy to work with and doesn't need as many coats as lesser brands due. I am so happy to support this family owned business.

This is an awesome paint store. The employees are quick to acknowledge me when I arrive and are ready to help me find the best paint for my project. Everyone I have encountered really knows their stuff and enables me to get what I need and then continue on my way. Great place to shop!

I called in an order and was able to get many questions answered over the phone. The staff member was very helpful and she made excellent recommendations based off her knowledge. The order was prepared and ready within 30 minutes. I was able to pay over the phone. The website is also well designed and has great information.
By far the best paint and decor store in Calgary. I have been buying products from this location for many years now. I love the small business vibe and knowledgeable advice. I would recommend Dave and his crew to anyone looking for paint and decor products.
