We have been in a couple of times and both times Zach has been extra helpful and kind. We are looking for a very hard to find colour and he went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed.
We were very pleased with the design services April, of Benjamin Moore Langley, provided. She was very knowledgable, courteous and personable. We were also very pleased with Joshua, one of the painters that April recommended. We had a strict timeline and he was able to accommodate us in short notice. He arrived on time and did an excellent job of both our main floor and master bedroom. He was very professional, followed covid protocols and provided excellent service at a fair price. We would definitely recommend both April and Joshua to friends.
I have dealt with the family business for over a decade. Gr8 service and store to choose to do business with. Jaymie Lee has provided excellent service to my daughter and a client of mine in new west for color selection. When spending the amount it costs for painting it really pays to ask for expert advise. I just called in not remembering stain used on a project ..and in 2 minutes I had my contractor picking up a color of A specialist stain I used back 6 years ago. Thank You We will be back.
What fabulous customer service. The staff was very knowledgeable in assisting me with what I was looking for. The owner went above and beyond and delivered paint to us twice, during this pandemic. He is super friendly and helpful.
