Tried this place for the first time tonight and was not disappointed. I had the gold oolong fresh milk tea. It was mild flavoured, not too sweet, and not too much ice (ordered 100% for both), it came in a premium cup, and I really liked the soft mini pearls combined with the harder, more chewy barley. My boyfriend ordered the original brown sugar pearl milk tea, it was also fairly mild flavoured, but the pearls were nice and sweet like you would expect. We both would recommend and will definitely be back for more!

Was surprised by how good the tea flavour is. This my new favourite place and will be returning soon. I ordered the peach green tea with tea cubes and pearls.
I like how they have super cup sizes. Recently ordered less ice on app but received extra ice.
Bengong’s is the only place I know of in Vancouver that offers tea cubes bubble tea which I love so much. The service is great, very fast and polite cashier/barista. My milk tea was made to perfection with the instructions I wanted and was handed to me very nice and kindly. I definitely recommend this place 10/10.
I ordered a Peach Tea not long ago. I have a severe allergy to dairy so I put "milk allergy" on my order. They have alot of products with dairy in them so cross contamination could be possible. My cup had "It's fruit tea no milk" written on it. A staff member took the time to hand write this. I've never had this happen before. Very unprofessional. Will not be ordering from them again. Definetly not allergy friendly.
Terrible service. Lady gave me attitude when I didn't realize there was more then one kind of tea. When I got the pearl milk oolong tea it was so creamy and bland. Do not recommend
I particularly enjoy their oolong tea cube milk. They have awesome service and the tea taste refreshing. Cheaper than most in the same league.
Like the tea selection, taste is quite authentic. Glad to have it in this neighbourhood. Sounds like they run out of black caramel quite often though.
