I want to pass on a huge THANKYOU to Cherie, the owner of Beltone in Penticton. Her professionalism and knowledge were invaluable in helping my 87 year old mother purchase a new set of hearing aids that properly addressed her advanced hearing issues. They use modern equipment and programs that accurately assess the unique hearing problems that each individual may have. My mom can now hear everything and everyone, and is thrilled that she doesn't have to always ask : \What did you say?\ Now she can actually be part of the conversation. Thank You Cherie for your kindness, patience, and superior service! I highly recommend that everyone who may be in the market for hearing aids, to go and talk to Cherie at Beltone first!

In the past, I've bought hearing aids from Costco and Canadian Hearing Care and the quality of sound from my two Beltone Aids is far superior to both of the others. I found that I don't have to 'translate' sound as I had to with the others, leading to a delay in understanding what I was hearing. And the service from the Penticton branch is way over the top!

I was made to feel like an intruder by the receptionist. She was brusque, unfriendly and unwelcoming. I won't go back there, and wouldn't recommend the place to anybody. The specialist who spoke to me was polite and respectful, but it didn't make up for such a cold treatment otherwise. A very unhappy place.
