Excellent service. Both Betty and Elaine were Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was my firs time getting a test and I did not know what to expect. Both of them took the time to explain to me in detail the process and the expected results. I felt very comfortable and safe and left having a good understanding of what was happening with my hearing. Would definitely go back. Highly recommend to everyone!

I had some hearing issues for quite some time and I couldn't seem to find the answer to the issues I was experiencing. I was referred by a friend to finally visit a hearing clinic and specifically Beltone in Sherwood Park. Betty was my consultant and I have to admit, the experience was much better than I thought based on my past experience dealing with different physician's etc. Betty took the time to actually listen to my issues, ask the right questions, and she dug deep to uncover what was really going on. I highly recommend Beltone, and definitely ask for Betty. She's a true professional, caring, knowledgeable, and excellent at what she does. The experience was very natural and I am glad I went in.
