Purchased a pair of headphones from this store and really happy with their service and product. Before my order was shipped, I was given a call from a store representative (Danis or Denis - name starts with a D), and was informed that my purchase was actually an open box item when there was no indication of this on the website. I was assured that the product was not a demo and was opened to show a customer. Normally, I would be annoyed at something like this, but I have to give them credit for their honesty and proactive approach in handling this situation. When I received the item, I was satisfied with its condition and was ultimately satisfied with the whole experience. This was my first time doing business with them, but it certainly won't be my last!

Excellent Service. This was a first-time purchase. When Audiophile Experts didn't have the colour I ordered, they contacted me and gave me the choice of waiting 10 days for a new one in my ordered colour or a demo for a reduced price. When I told them I'd take a new one in any other colour they might have in stock, they immediately packaged up one they had and sent it, notifying me with trackable shipping details. It was well packaged and arrived quickly. I will be considering Audiophile Experts for future purchase of audio equipment, and would highly recommend them.

Four days after placing my order I was advised in a curt e-mail that they were cancelling it because the billing and delivery addresses were in different provinces. Notwithstanding this bizarre deficiency in their management system, the fact that I lost 4-days in the Christmas period caused some degree of worry and scrambling to find another vendor in time for a pre-Christmas delivery. They made no effort to help with the problem - simply cancelled the order and advised me to correct the problem. I took my business elsewhere instead and recommend that you do the same.
