Purchased a Windmill/Solar trainer. The unit is built very nicely, however, they do not supply all the components to make it work. I thought I was buying a turn key system, however, I can not operate without purchasing additional items. They stated I have to purchase steel tubing to mount the solar panel to the roll around base, and I have to purchase wires/plug connectors to connect the solar panel to the system. They stated they do not know how long of wires anyone would need. I suggest how about enough to make it work when the panel is beside the trainer......then if I want it further I can extend it on my own. Why would you sell something that is not functional the way they sent it. Yes easy fixes, but ones I should not have to make. I will be purchasing at least 5 more trainers, but not from this company. They are not willing to resolve the issues.
