I love Michael's for their variety of artistic media, and within each media. As a novice crocheter I love how their yarn is organized! Everything is easy to find and staff are friendly and helpful. You can find so much in every price range!

As good as it gets. I purchase all of my supplies from Michael's. Great Staff, always warm and greeted with respect.
They have a good selection for yarns, however I really wish they have a better system for their section. They are disorganized in my point of view. I hope they would change and take the time to organize the categories for yarns especially when it comes to their sizes. Everytime I go there I always take so much time to find the right sizes which are scattered in their aisles, some people don’t even have time sometimes and the fact that they aren’t categorized properly is just not helpful.
Nice clean store. Plenty of stock, prices are a little bit high for me.
Belleville branch was good. Would be nice to see some stock consisrwncies between branches. Drove down for a specific item , not available in this branch. Staff helpful and friendly
