My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Maclan Designs on our custom build with Harmony Homes. Taking on a new client at the end of the year can be tricky at best, let alone during a pandemic when meeting in-person isn't allowed. That being said, we received incredible support and service from both April and Adam. They took our initial floor plan and really hit it out of the park. We had several revisions, and not once did we feel there was pressure coming from the Maclan team. They were always communicative about timelines and responded to our emails within a reasonable amount of time. Thank you both for your expertise, it was a pleasure working with you. We had a lot of fun!

Very bad experience with this company. Failed deadlines accompanied by lack of communication. Promised they would make as many revisions as we needed, but once we paid a large deposit, just radio silence.
Great service, drawings deliveryed on time and priced well.
