Had a very poor experience with the Belleville office while trying to get a survey of the vacant land I bought a couple years ago. Just wanted to reconfirm the property boundaries and do a topographical survey. Initial work done was only a small portion of the area requested (and a map was provided). This wasn't discovered until after as you cannot see the final product until full payment is made. I ended up speaking/emailing with 4 different individuals at that office and at some ponts, messages left would be ignored. The survey itself is lacking a lot of information, including basics like locations of the property line stakes. I have yet to be able to get up to the property due to Covid, but will update my review once I have. Cannot recommend them and i'm now out several thousand dollars.
