Very clean. The staff are very helpful. There was a woman with a moon mask that gave me suggestions. I appreciated that. They have a cute and fun selection of masks. Will be going back for their Star Trek tree topper and ornaments.

It has been about a year since I have gone shopping at the mall, but happen to see a few Christmas items in the window of Hallmark , so I proceed to go into the store when I was rudely stopped by a old lady with no manners what so ever !! She didn't give me a chance to tell her I was allergic to this type of sanitizer, which she was trying to force me to use. There wasn't a sole in the store and now I can see why !! I will never shop at Hallmark again. So remember poor customer service means no money and no return

I drove from Ottawa to pick up an christmas decoration when I got there the staff said very rudely that they had put it back on the shelf because they assumed that I would be there. Apparently calling the phone number that I gave them when I had them set it aside was too much work for them. Definitely the worse store in the city because of this experience I will never be going back to a hallmark again. The staff could not have been ruder to me if they tried.

Overpriced tat and overpriced cards. You might as well figure out what the person you are buying for enjoys and get them that because who honestly cares about store bought cards? Do you? I don't and certainly not for 5 for a single card. Unlike others I have never had an issue with the staff, I don't need someone to hold my hand when I literally just walked into the store. If I need assistance I will ask for it instead of hovering around them hoping they notice me.

Horrible Service!! I entered the store was not greeted, came back to purchase a card, still not greeted at all. I was the only person in the store with two sales agent. She did not say anything to me at the till aside from the total amount and asking me to put my card in the shopping bags I already had. I brought up that I had come twice and no one had said anything to me, that she her self had still not said anything to me aside from the total of my purchase. She looked me in the eyes and said that's what we do, straight face no smile no apology just a cold heart and awfulness. I left the shop thinking if this is what is being offered I can get these products else where, someplace where they come with a smile!! No wonder I was the only person in the store.
